I am sitting here in awe at the power of God.
The past couple of weeks have been both exhausting and rewarding. Our team in Garretson has experienced intense spiritual warfare as we came closer to holding our first public service; I now understand why.
If you don’t think Satan is real, try venturing into a new town to help establish a community of committed followers of Jesus Christ.
We have officially launched; this is a great milestone. Not only did we have every ministry in place (Worship Service, Rescue Kidz, and Nursery), we had 75 people join us!! Honestly, I told God I would be happy if there were 40 people there. Due to my lack of faith, I thought I was setting myself up for disappointment if I believed God for anything more. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. (Take this as encouragement that God can accomplish infinitely more than YOU might ask or think too!)
